Mortgage Advice Bureau (MAB) has hired Alan Longhorn as its new transformation director for customer acquisition.

Longhorn will join MAB in January 2026 from the Bank of Ireland, where he was head of sales, marketing and distribution for mortgage services.

Before working at the Bank of Ireland, Longhorn spent seven years at RBS, in roles including regional director and area director.

At MAB he will report to chief operating officer Yaiza Luengo.

MAB chief executive Peter Brodnicki said: “Alan has had a fantastic record of achievement from the very outset of his career, and is incredibly driven and entrepreneurial, making him a fantastic fit for the business.”

Longhorn said: “I look forward to supporting Peter and the team in finding new, innovative ways to drive lead flows, broaden MAB’s reach, and improve conversion and productivity.”
