Foundation Home Loans has repriced its entire residential mortgage range for purchase and remortgage, while launching green residential products.  

The broker-only specialist lender says the residential range repricing follows the firm’s reappraisal of its residential mortgage credit tiers last month.  

This includes a new F4 product tier with products up to 75% loan to value. The firm has also made “changes to the permitted credit events in its F1, F2 or F3 products based on when they occurred”.  

Its F1 range is available for clients with an almost clean credit history, F2 for clients financing a more specialist property type and/or those with some historical blips on their credit rating, and F3 for clients with more recent blips on their credit rating.   

The lender also launches two 65% LTV special edition ABC+ discount products within its green range. The products are available at 4.14% for F1 borrowers and 4.44% for F2 borrowers.  

Its green ABC+ products are available to borrowers purchasing or remortgaging a standard property with an energy performance certificate rating of C or above. The special edition products carry no early repayment charges and come with a fee of £1,495.  

The lender adds that its current service levels include turnaround times of one day for a decision-in-principle referral, application and underwriter review for residential cases.
