Twenty7Tec has integrated Skipton Building Society into its APPLY module.

The partnership will allow users to submit decision in principles (DIPs) and full mortgage applications to Skipton Building Society via APPLY.

Users will also have visibility of case updates and decisions through the module.

Twenty7Tec says the integration marks the first platform provider to roll out an application submission integration with the society.

The integration has been piloted by Connells group, Primis and Mortgage Advice Bureau (MAB) before being rolled out to the wider market.

Twenty7Tec director of lender relationships Nathan Reilly says: “We’re delighted to have worked with the team at Skipton Building Society to deliver an integration that will make a real difference to the way advisers submit mortgage business.”

Skipton Building Society head of business development Paul Fenn adds: “Making things easier for brokers is important to us at Skipton and this integration will be a real time saving for brokers and will remove the need for the duplication of data during the DIP and full mortgage application.”
