Scottish Building Society has unveiled one-click mortgage applications for select brokers.

The quicker applications are powered by software called FastSubmit, from Instamo.

FastSubmit removes the need for brokers to manually key cases into lender portals.

The solution automatically puts structured application data directly into lender systems, saving time for both brokers and lenders.

Through the rollout, brokers can submit cases using Instamo’s one-click submission journey, while Scottish Building Society continues to get applications through existing workflows.

Brokers can access FastSubmit through a dynamic API or with a drag-and-drop PDF fact find. FastSubmit will then extract and map the required information automatically.

Scottish Building Society will roll the technology out to a select panel of brokers, to be announced soon.
