The Southeast Florida Scottish Festival and Highland Games are expected to bring exciting athletic events, live entertainment, and a quirky Knobby Knees in Kilts event to Plantation Heritage Park, at 1100 Fig Tree Lane, Plantation. The Scottish American Society of South Florida presents the event.
