The Loggerhead Marinelife Center in Juno Beach offers a unique program that allows the public to adopt a sea turtle from their sea turtle rehabilitation and research center. The Adaptation Program helps to benefit the continued care for sick and injured sea turtles. The program helps provide food, medications, hospital care, and tank maintenance required for their care while at the center. 

The beaches in our area are popular every March through October during the Sea Turtle Nesting Season. Along the 9.5 miles of sand, thousands of sea turtles lay their eggs in the sand making Juno Beach one of the most populated nesting areas in the world. The Loggerhead Marinelife Center monitors the beach daily and provides turtles through their research and rehabilitation center.

The Loggerhead Marinelife Center is a non-profit organization whose mission is to protect and care for injured and endangered sea turtles through their research and rehabilitation center.  Their mission aims to protect marine life and promote ocean conservation. 

The Adoption Program offers sixes packages to choose from ranging in price starting at $40 dollars. All Adoption Packages include a personalized adoption certificate, a photo of the sea turtle, and a Loggerhead Marinelife Center Newsletter subscription. Other gifts and items are available in the higher priced packages.

The Adoption process can either be done by visiting the Loggerhead Marinelife Center or online. The Loggerhead Marinelife Center is open seven days a week from 10 am to 5 pm and is located at 14200 US Highway 1 in Juno Beach.
