TMG Mortgage Network has appointed Jasmine Smith as head of sales and recruitment.

Smith joins from Melton Building Society, where she worked for 10 years. Most recently, she served as key account manager, where she worked closely with intermediary firms across the UK mortgage market.

In her new role, Smith will lead TMG’s sales and recruitment strategy, with an emphasis on developing existing members and attracting advisory firms.
