JMW Solicitors has joined the Association of Short Term Lenders (ASTL) as an associate member.

This latest addition means the ASTL now has almost 50 associate members and 40 lender members.

JMW’s real estate finance team is one of the largest finance teams in the north west of England, with a team of lawyers with more than 20 yeas’ experience in this sector.

JMW Solicitor partner Jodi Lund says the firm advises a wide range of clients, including investors, institutional lenders, banks, specialist financiers, peer-to-peer lenders, fintech companies, short-term bridging lenders and mezzanine funders.

She adds that joining ASTL gives the firm an opportunity to work more closely with short-term mortgage lenders and play a part in helping to grow the reputation and opportunity in the industry.
