Congratulations to our client, Jenn, who recently sold her beloved home on the east side of Madison. Jenn was extremely fond of her home, her neighbors, and the surrounding neighborhood. And now the new owners of this sweet little bungalow are elated to be laying down roots on the eastside, too. 

Prior to listing her home on the open market, we helped Jenn by coordinating painting projects, adding new light fixtures, recommending a contractor to build a new front stoop, and working with more contractors to address a few minor repairs. 

The end result was a steady stream of showings, competing buyers, and a wonderful offer for $20,000 above the list.
