Leeds Building Society has made rate changes to new lending and existing customer mortgage ranges.
The society’s new lending changes include cuts of up to 0.38% to selected residential fixed rates.
It has also added a new residential fixed rate product.
Meanwhile, interest only products have been lowered by 0.35%, selected limited company buy-to-let (BTL) fixed rates have been cut by up to 0.16% and selected shared ownership fixed have gone down by 0.04%.
Leeds has also made changes to rate switches including selected limited company BTL fixed rates, which have been reduced by up to 0.16%.
Elsewhere, TSB has made rate reductions to selected residential products.
Rates have been cut on two-, three- and five-year fixed house purchase products at 85% to 95% loan-to-value (LTV) by up to 0.20%.
In addition, two- and five-year fixed shared ownership house purchase at 85% to 95% LTV products have been reduced by as much as 0.15%.
