Countrywide Surveying Services (CSS) has partnered with Mortgage Intelligence on an exclusive referral arrangement for the network’s members.

The referral arrangement will offer Mortgage Intelligence and Next Intelligence members access to CSS’s comprehensive range of survey options which include a Home Survey Level 2 – previously known as a HomeBuyer Report – and a Home Survey Level 3 – previously known as a Building Survey.

CSS is one of the leading suppliers of valuation panel management services, residential valuations and surveys in the UK.

It panel manages and undertakes valuations for the majority of UK mortgage lenders and employs over 700 personnel including over 450 in-house RICS qualified Registered Valuers covering most UK postcodes including Northern Ireland.
