LDNfinance has launched a new high-net-worth advisory sub-brand, called LDN Private Clients, to boost its service to wealthier customers.

The brokerage says the service is exclusively available to private clients around the world looking for multi-million-pound structured debt facilities for property, cars, yachts and other high-value assets.

LDNfinance co-chief executive Anthony Rose, says the unit was set up due to “unprecedented client demand”.

He adds: “We’ve seen rapid growth across all areas of the business, but none as strong as high-value mortgages and high-net-worth structured debt.”

LDNfinance private client director Andrew Chalton says the new brand offers “our private clients and our high net worth audience prestigious exclusivity” as well as “a strong team of experienced high-net-worth advisers”.

In July, LDNfinance, along with Alexander Hall, and SPF Private Clients partnered with MPowered Mortgages in a move which saw all three firms offer the lender’s prime residential mortgages to their customers.

The partnership allowed these brokers to have access to MPowered Mortgage’s suite of prime residential products which includes two-, five-, seven- and 10-year fixed-rate mortgages and its £500 cashback range.
