Mortgage consultants launch new opportunities programme | Mortgage Strategy

Mortgage consultants Jeff Knight and Steve Sandiford have launched a Discovery programme to unearth new opportunities for lenders, distributors, brokers and technology firms.

They say the course will take an objective view of the business and match its strengths to market opportunities.

They add that sessions aim to ensure that all the pieces of a company’s jigsaw work together – be it sales, marketing, products, credit, service or IT.

The pair say: “The Discovery programme is all about taking something good and making it better.

It typically looks at the power of a company’s strategy and its performance, it makes a critical assessment of the clarity of proposition delivery, competitive strength, and, most importantly, identifies new market opportunities.”

Knight left Foundation Home Loans, where he was director of marketing, last September after four years at the firm.

Sandiford has run his own consultancy for just over tw0-and-a-half years, prior to that, he was director of product and proposition at Foundation Home Loans and director of residential mortgages at Paragon Finance.
