Tandem has appointed Mark Shelper, David Venn and Gordon Rae as key relationship managers to its mortgage division.

Shelper joins with more than 20 years of experience in the specialist mortgage market, having previously worked as a business development manager for Bristol & West, GMAC, Aldermore and Pepper Money. 

He will be responsible for brokers, networks and clubs across the West of England.

Venn also has more than 20 years of experience in banking and mortgage lending. He will be responsible for broker networks and clubs across the East of England. 

Meanwhile, Rae has more than 35 years of experience in the financial services industry, playing a key role in launching and establishing GMAC RFC into the UK packager and broker space. 

Rae also performed similar roles with Dudley Building Society, Pepper UK and most recently The Mortgage Lender. 

He will be responsible for Tandem’s package and specialist distributors on a national basis.
