Leeds Building Society has appointed Helen Cawthra and Andy Sykes as senior corporate account managers. 

Cawthra returns to Leeds Building Society having previously worked at the mutual between 2016 and 2018. 

She joins from Vida Homeloans where she was head of intermediary relationships. With 24 years’ experience in financial services, holding roles at Accord Mortgages and Lloyds Banking Group, her new role will focus on strengthening relationships with existing partners and developing new connections across the industry.  

Meanwhile, Sykes has joined the team from Primis where he was a regional sales director.

Prior to that, he had over 20 years of lender experience with roles at Lloyds Banking Group and latterly TSB where he was part of, and went on to lead the national accounts team.

The new recruits will take responsibility for the delivery of the corporate account strategy for intermediary partners.
