Halifax Intermediaries has reduced rates within its remortgage range by up to 72 basis points.
The two-year fixed 85% loan-to-value (LTV) with no fee has been reduced by 0.46% from 6.30% to 5.84%.
The five-year fixed 60% LTV with no fee has been reduced by 0.76% to 5.05% from 5.77%.
The two-year fixed 75% LTV with a fee of £999 has decreased from 5.79% to 5.28%.
The five-year fixed 60% LTV with a fee of £999 has gone down by 0.67% to 4.83%.
The lender has also reintroduced free conveyancing products to its range.
Halifax Intermediaries also announced it will increase its product transfer keying window on 5 December from three months up to six months before the expiry of an existing product.
The lender says during the additional three-month period a product transfer can only be keyed to take effect after the expiry of the existing product.
Within the last three months of the existing product, the date of effect options will be the same as previously.
The new extended forward dating window will only apply if keying a product transfer from 5 December.
