Foundation Home Loans has announced five new appointments to its sales team.

Katie Quigley joins the firm as regional area manager for South Wales and the west of England. Prior to this Quigley was a key account manager at Virgin Money and spent time at the Bank of Ireland.

The company has also promoted Jack Gerasimov to regional area manager for the south of England.

Furthermore, Ikram Pervez, Waquas Ai and Josh Evans have been added as internal business development managers, and will work across the midlands, south and South East regions, respectively.

Foundation Home Loans head of sales Mark Whitear says: “It is very pleasing to be announcing the expansion of our sales team at the start of 2020. We saw growth during the last year and we have plenty of plans for the year ahead to ensure we develop effective and sustainable relationships with our intermediary partners.

“Our focus in 2020 will be on continuing to provide a quality proposition in our core buy-to-let offering, but also to support our activity in the residential space.”
