Specialist distributor First 4 Bridging has appointed Sonia Mann as a key account manager to cover the Midlands and surrounding areas.

Veteran Mann Sonia joins the Surrey-based firm from specialist lender Together, where she was a corporate director.

Previously, she spent 18 years at NatWest in a variety of roles, and has also worked at Santander UK and the Royal Bank of Scotland, as a client relations manager.

First 4 Bridging says Mann’s “wealth of experience in building and maintaining key relationships will allow the F4B brand to strengthen and broaden the support it provides to intermediaries and introducers”.

This appointment follows the December appointment of Erica Pearce as head of intermediary relations. Pearce oversees the group’s recently opened Manchester-based intermediary support centre and coordinates the head office sales team.

First 4 Bridging director Donna Wells says: “Sonia has a wealth of experience across financial services and her ability to connect with intermediaries will ensure that we provide the right level of support for our introducers across the Midlands and surrounding areas where she will focus her attention.”

Wells adds: “This marks another important addition in our strategy to get even closer to our intermediary partners – where possible under current lockdown restrictions – and provide an additional level of specialist expertise out in the field.”
