Quantum Mortgages has promoted Zouhair Mihramane from business development manager to national account manager.

Mihramane joined the specialist buy-to-let and bridging lender in May 2024 to manage sales across south London, the M4 corridor and south Wales.

Since the beginning of the year, his role has expanded to cover the southeast and southwest of England.

In his new position he works alongside Paul Ormonde, who covers Kent, East Anglia and North London.

Mihramane says: “I’m incredibly proud to be recognised in this new role at such an exciting time for Quantum Mortgages.

“Over the past year, I’ve had the privilege of working with some of the UK’s leading brokers as well as talented colleagues and I look forward to building on those relationships as we continue to grow our presence in the specialist market..”

Quantum Mortgages chief commercial officer Harsha Dahyea says: “Zouhair has consistently demonstrated a deep understanding of the market and a strong commitment to our broker community.

“His promotion reflects his hard work and the positive impact he’s had on our business.

“We’re thrilled to see him step into this role; it is thoroughly deserved.”

In recent updates, Quantum expanded into Northern Ireland and eased criteria to allow lending against ex-local authority properties as well as to ex-pats and foreign nationals.
