Post Office is withdrawing a number of buy-to-let and residential products tomorrow at 9am.
The lender has written to brokers to warn them about the changes.
Details of replacement products will be published tomorrow morning.
The following residential products are being withdrawn:
- Two-year fix at 1.42 per cent with a £1,495 fee up to 60 per cent LTV
- Five-year fix at 1.85 per cent with a £1,495 fee up to 60 per cent LTV
- Two-year fix at 1.73 per cent with a £1,495 fee up to 75 per cent LTV
- Five-year fix at 2.07 per cent with a £1,495 fee up to 75 per cent LTV
Post Office is also withdrawing a number of buy-to-let products in its top-slicing range where applicants’ personal income is included in affordability assessments
The two and five-year fixed rate buy-to-let products being withdrawn match the rates and LTVs of those listed above which are being pulled from residential range.
