Paymentshield has formed a new partnership with Brilliant Solutions to offer general insurance solutions to its network of advisers.

The partnership will give Brilliant Solutions’ advisers access to Paymentshield’s adviser hub technology, offering home insurance from its panel of insurers and business insights.

The partnership supplements Brilliant’s existing general insurance provision.

Access to Paymentshield’s general insurance offering is already live with an initial cohort of Brilliant’s advisers. It is due to be rolled out on a broader scale in the coming months.

Advisers will also have support from Paymentshield’s team of sales and business development managers.

There will also be access to resources to support the general insurance sales process, which includes a comparison tool, a marketing toolkit and links to the general insurance academy.

Brilliant Solutions’ managing director Matthew Arena says: “We want to reach a point where GI becomes fully embedded within our mortgage application process and we believe Paymentshield will help us achieve this.”
