Moore, who joined the business earlier this year as client relationship director, will be primarily responsible for the division’s performance and maintaining and building relationships with existing lenders.
He will also focus on securing new clients in both the short and long-term finance markets, as well as increasing engagement direct with the broker market and identifying and introducing new products and services.
Moore joined from Pepper Money UK where he held the role of sales director – commercial real estate.
He previously worked for Atom Bank, where he was head of business development and part of the original team that created, built and launched the lender into the UK market.
The move is part of a larger management restructure which has seen Stephen Todd taking the role of chief commercial officer and co-founder, while Gina May becomes chief operating officer and co-founder.
Todd said: “The size and turnover of VAS Group means that a pragmatic board structure is required which gives very clear reporting lines and responsibility, both internally and externally with our lender partners, for VAS Audit, VAS Panel and VAS Software.
“Graham has become a pivotal part of the business since he joined in March, and the role reflects his achievements so far and the significant lender experience he brings to the world of valuations and panel management, having seen the industry operate from both sides of the fence.”
May added: “The knowledge, dedication and loyalty from Daniel, Louise and Lisa, and indeed everyone in Team VAS, is there for all to see and they are integral in helping the business to achieve its vision of being recognised as the most professional and comprehensive property valuation solutions business in the UK.
Moore said: “Since its inception in 2016, the VAS Group has built a market-leading suite of technically-advanced valuations services and a truly dedicated team which focuses on relationships and brings these innovations to life.
“Lenders, brokers and surveyors can all benefit from this integrated service, and it’s my job to take that message to market.”
