Santander is launching a range of deals tomorrow including two new 85 per cent loan-to-value product.

The lender is also bringing out a number of fee-free options.

Santander’s new 85 per cent LTV deals include a two-year fix at 2.84 per cent with a £999 fee for purchase and remortgage.

It is also offering a fee-free 85 per cent LTV deal fixed for two years at 3.14 per cent, also for purchase and remortgage.

The following zero-fee products are also launching: 

• 60 per cent LTV two-year fixed at 1.64 per cent for remortgage
• 60 per cent LTV two-year fixed at 1.79 per cent for purchase
• 75 per cent LTV two-year fixed at 1.89 per cent for remortgage
• 75 per cent LTV two-year fixed at 2.19 per cent for purchase
• 60 per cent LTV five-year fixed at 1.74 per cent for remortgage
• 60 per cent LTV five-year fixed at 1.93 per cent for purchase
• 75 per cent LTV five-year fixed at 2.09 per cent for remortgage
• 75 per cent LTV five-year fixed at 2.24 per cent for purchase
