TSB has reduced residential rates on selected products.

The lender’s two-year fixed house purchase, including affordable housing, products at 0% to 75% loan-to-value (LTV) have been lowered by 0.10%% and three-year fixed house purchase prices at 75% to 85% LTV have also gone down by 0.10%.

In addition, five-year fixed house purchase products between 0% and 60% LTV have been lowered by 0.05% and five-year fixed house purchase rates between 60% and 75% LTV with a fee of £995 have decreased by 0.05%.

TSB has also cut rates on its two-year fixed remortgage products on both fee and no fee options by 0.05%.

Meanwhile, the product transfer residential two-year fixed between 60% and 75% LTV with fees of £1,495 and £995 have been lowered by 0.05%.
