Vida Homeloans is withdrawing selected buy to let products in its range from 6pm on 17 October.

The products being withdrawn are the BTL Vida 36 -five-year fix 75% limited edition, with a 6% fee at 4.29%; and the BTL Vida 36 -five -year fix 75% HMO & MUB limited edition, with a 6% fee at 4.59%

Halifax Intermediaries has also confirmed changes to its product range. From 18 October for remortgage products, the lender has announced rate increases on two and five-year fixed rate products of between 0.11% and 0.24%.
