Roma Finance has hired Claudine Reynolds as business development manager for the North.
The buy-to-let specialist lender says Reynolds will be “responsible for developing relationships and supporting partners and borrowers” across the region.
She has spent the last five of her 20-year career as a commercial broker and also has lending and network experience. Reynolds also worked at Together Money for almost three years, leaving as business support manager in 2018.
Roma Finance commercial director Michael Allison says: “The business is going from strength to strength and this is demonstrated by key talent coming on board.”
Reynolds adds: “As a broker, in the past, I have placed my own clients with Roma. Mine and more importantly, my client’s experiences have been exceptional, even in difficult circumstances.”
Last month, the firm created a new leadership team, which will focus on its borrowers and partners.
The bridging and commercial specialist founded in 2008 said its senior leaders, Lorraine Hart, head of credit & risk and Deborah Chaplain, head of collections — would be joined by Adam Bates, business architect, Charlotte Rutter, head of marketing & comms, as well as newly promoted Lisa Toner, sales operations manager and Tina Parry, customer services manager.
