Development finance provider Atelier has promoted a number of key staff within the business.

The specialist lender has named Simon Joseph as relationship director  and Harley Stairmand as lending manager, both within the originations team.

On the credit and portfolio team, Max Pritchard has been promoted to credit manager. 

Chief executive officer Chris Gardner says: “We are delighted to recognise Simon, Harley and Max for their outstanding contributions to Atelier. 

“Their promotions are a testament to their expertise, dedication and the impact they have made in delivering value to our clients. 

“As Atelier continues to grow, investing in our people remains a key priority, and we are excited to see them take on these new roles.”
