InterBay has hired an office business development manager and two specialist finance account managers to support the brokers it deals with. 

The specialist commercial lender, which is part of OSB Group, says Josh Williams fills a new role as office business development manager following his recent promotion from the broker liaison team.

Matthew Butt joins as an account manager covering Greater London, Nick O’Leary has moved from Precise/Kent Reliance for Intermediaries to join InterBay also as an account manager covering East Anglia.

InterBay head of commercial lending Marc Callaghan (pictured) says, “these key appointments mean we are really well placed to meet the specialist demands within the commercial market”.

Callaghan adds: “We know that property investors are seeking different routes to add value to their portfolios, with many diversifying into commercial and semi-commercial sectors and that’s where we can provide our expertise and knowledge.”
