Dudley Building Society has added specialist broker Aria Finance to its approved packager panel.

The lender offers a range of mortgages designed for borrowers with more complex needs and incomes, including expats, the self-employed and older borrowers who are approaching or in retirement.

The building society also considers properties with unusual construction types, holiday lets and self-build properties.
