Buy-to-let lender CHL Mortgages has appointed Mil Consiglio as a BDM to cover the West Midlands area

Consiglio joins from Vida Homeloans where he held the position of key account manager . He has over 12 years’ experience in the industry having also worked as a business development manager at Birmingham Midshires and a financial planning manager for Lloyds Banking Group.

Intermediary-only CHL offers a range of products for first-time landlords, portfolio landlords and limited companies covering a variety of BTL investment vehicles , such as HMOs, MUFBs.

After relaunching its proposition with a select panel of distributors in May 2021, CHL has since implemented a phased approach to enlarging its distribution channels to include many industry networks, mortgage clubs and intermediary brands.

CHL Mortgages commercial director Ross Turrell says this appointment would help the company meets its ambitious growth targets for 2022 and expand its broker distribution base.
