Santander for intermediaries warns its broker website will suffer an outage over part of the weekend and will not accept cases.
The high street bank says its, “introducer internet won’t be available from 9pm on Saturday 8 June until 6am on Monday 10 June.”
It tells brokers on its intermediary homepage: “You won’t be able to submit cases during this time.
“We’re sorry for any inconvenience caused.”
On that occasion, brokers could not track mortgage applications, or upload documents, but could submit cases.
