We've entered the heart of the summertime real estate market here in the Madison area, and showing activity has slowed as it normally does this time of year. What's more, showings will continue to slow into the fall and winter seasons, which means buyers who remain patient and persistent will find more opportunities to purchase in the months ahead. 

At the same time it's important to note that prices keep rising in Dane County, even though buyer activity is slowing. We'll have much more insight to share in our July home and condo reports, which we'll be publishing a little later in the month.
