NatWest is increasing rates on a wide range of deals by up to 25 basis points tomorrow.

The lender has emailed brokers to alert them to the changes across its residential new and existing customer ranges.

The increases to two-year fixes for house purchase are:

  • At 70 per cent LTV, rates increasing by 8bps from 1.58 per cent to 1.66 per cent, product fee £995, cashback £250
  • At 75 per cent LTV, rates increasing by 8bps from 1.58 per cent to 1.66 per cent, product fee £995, cashback £250
  • At 85 per cent LTV,  rates increasing by 15bps from 2.79 per cent to 2.94 per cent, product fee £995, cashback £250
  • At 85 per cent LTV, rates increasing by 15bps from 2.95 per cent to 3.10 per cent, product fee £0

 Increases to two-year fixes for remortgage are:

  • At 70 per cent LTV, rates increasing by 10bps from 1.39 per cent to 1.49 per cent, product fee £995
  • For high value cases at 70 per cent LTV, rates increasing by 10bps from 1.36 per cent to 1.46 per cent, product fee £995
  • For high value cases at 75 per cent LTV, increasing by 10bps from 1.36 per cent to 1.46 per cent, product fee £995
  • At 75 per cent LTV, rates increasing by 10bps from 1.39 per cent to 1.49 per cent, product fee £995
  • At 80 per cent LTV, rates increasing by 10bps from 1.69 per cent to 1.79 per cent, product fee £995
  • At 85 per cent LTV, rates increasing by 20bps from 2.24 per cent to 2.44 per cent, product fee £995

Increases to five-year fixes for purchase are:

  • At 85 per cent LTV, rates increasing by 15bps from 2.89 per cent to 3.04 per cent, product fee £995, cashback £250

Increases to five-year fixes for remortgage are:

  • At 70 per cent LTV, rates increasing by 10bps from 1.59 per cent to 1.69 per cent, product fee £995
  • For high value cases at 70 per cent LTV, rates increasing by 10bps from 1.57 per cent to 1.67 per cent, product fee £995
  • At 75 per cent LTV, rates increasing by 10bps from 1.59 per cent to 1.69 per cent, product fee £995
  • For high value cases at 75 per cent LTV, rates increasing by 10bps from 1.57 per cent to 1.67 per cent, product fee £995
  • At 80 per cent LTV, rates increasing by 15bps from 1.89 per cent to 2.04 per cent, product fee £995
  • At 85 per cent LTV, rates increasing by 6bps from 2.54 per cent to 2.60 per cent, product fee £995

In its exclusive range the following two-year fixed rates for purchase are rising:

  • At 70 per cent LTV, rates increasing by 8bps from 1.53 per cent to 1.61 per cent, product fee £995, cashback £250
  • At 75 per cent LTV, rates increasing by 8bps from 1.53 per cent to 1.61 per cent, product fee £995, cashback £250
  • At 85 per cent LTV, increasing by 15bps from 2.74 per cent to 2.89 per cent, product fee £995, cashback £250

And the following five-year fixed rates for purchase are also rising:

  • At 85 per cent LTV, rates increasing by 15bps from 2.84 per cent to 2.99 per cent, product fee £995, cashback £250

Within NatWest’s existing customer range the following two-year fixes are increasing:

  • At 60 per cent LTV, rates increasing by 15bps from 1.44 per cent to 1.59 per cent, product fee £0
  • At 85 per cent LTV, rates increasing by 25bps from 2.19 per cent to 2.44 per cent, product fee £995
  • At 90 per cent LTV, rates increasing by 25bps from 2.44 per cent to 2.69 per cent, product fee £995

And finally the following five-year fixes for existing customers are also increasing:

  • At 60 per cent LTV, rates increasing by 15bps from 1.59 per cent to 1.74 per cent, product fee £0
  • At 85 per cent LTV, rates increasing by 5bps from 2.55 per cent to 2.60 per cent, product fee £995
  • At 90 per cent LTV, increasing by 5bps from 2.74 per cent to 2.79 per cent, product fee £995
