ONP Group has appointed of Sharon Beedham as group partnerships manager.

Beedham has gained a wealth of legal and operational expertise during a career spanning 30 years.

She joins from Optima Legal and will report to ONP’s group partnerships director Mark Tosetti.

Tosetti says: “I have known Sharon for many years and welcome her to our team of brilliant people at ONP Group.

“Her dedication and remarkable achievements in the conveyancing space made her the ideal choice to lead our partnership initiatives.”

He added that Beedham’s ‘exceptional leadership skills and profound understanding of the industry will be invaluable’.

Working with ONP’s partners and internal stakeholders, she will build on existing relationships to support the firm’s growth strategy.

In addition, she will be responsible for overseeing the internal partnership management framework.
