Twenty7tec has added Lendco to its SOURCE module, adding to the platform’s landlord mortgage products.  

The lender, which launched in 2018, manually underwrites all of its loans and also offers bridging products.

Twenty7tec lender relationships – team manager Nakita Moss says: “Lendco offers a range of BTL products, from standard properties to large houses in multiple occupation.
