Atelier has appointed Matthew-Blaine Young as head of origination.

Prior to joining Atelier, Young was head of origination at Secure Trust Bank and has experience in originating and closing complex transactions in the small- to medium-sized enterprise development finance sector.

Atelier says Young’s guidance will help to drive the lender’s growth strategy which includes expanding its loan book to £500m+ by March 2026. 

In his new role, Young will be tasked with identifying and developing new business opportunities, ensuring compliance and efficiency in pipeline management as well as expanding relationships with brokers and developers across key real estate debt markets.
