Buy-to-let lender Zephyr Homeloans has launched a new self-serve platform allowing landlords and borrowers to manage their accounts online.

The platform allows landlords to conduct transactions such as mortgage payments, set up direct debits and perform other administrative tasks, including changing contact information.

Borrowers can also log onto the platform to view mortgage account information such as payment history, current balance details and any payments in arrears.

The platform can be accessed 24-hours a day, seven days a week.

Zephyr Homeloans managing director Paul Fryers says: “The new self-serve platform helps landlords manage their loans at a time that suits them and from wherever they are in the world.

“We’ve seen greater demand among our customers for online services, particularly with more people working remotely as a result of the pandemic.”

He adds that Zephyr will continue to invest in digital services to assist landlords and make it easier to administer their mortgages.

The platform is a proprietary mortgage customer service platform custom built by Computershare. Zephyr Homeloans is a part of Computershare Loan Services.
