Former Nationwide Building Society business development manager Sophie Burton has joined Vida Homeloans as key account manager.

Burton will report directly to Vida director of mortgage distribution Richard Tugwell.

He says: “I am delighted to welcome Sophie to our sales team. She brings strong knowledge of the intermediary market and is already enhancing and developing long term relationships with her intermediary partners. Vida remains a relatively young company and we are at an important and exciting time in the development of the business. I look forward to working with her as we continue to develop as a business.”

Burton was at Nationwide for 14 years and has extensive experience in the mortgage sector, with strong relationships across the Midlands.

Earlier this month, Vida Homeloans launched ‘V Club’, to provide members with debate, events, and marketing support.
