SimplyBiz Mortgages has launched a high-net-worth (HNW) panel to allow advisers to access information on lenders’ HNW criteria.

The lender’s helpdesk team has also undertaken training around HNW client scenarios, products, and applications.

This will help them to better support advisers operating in this space.

SimplyBiz Mortgages head Makayla Everitt says: “High-net-worth scenarios require an intrinsic set of skills from advisers, as the requirements span a range of areas to do with property and are much more complex than the standard.”

“In addition to the new HNW panel, we’ve also enhanced the skill set of our helpdesk staff, empowering them to handle more technical questions. Led by our Senior Mortgage Helpdesk Consultant, Ryan Brown, the helpdesk can now provide both pre and post application support for these types of cases.
