The Nature Conservancy’s Blowing Rocks Preserve, which is just minutes from Jupiter, is the largest outcropping of Anastasia limestone that lines Jupiter Island. In low tide, you can explore the open-air caves created by colliding waves breaking down the limestone. You can go spelunking (caving) right on the shore, while peering out to the turquoise water. In high tide, watch the sea spray shoot up 20-50 feet in the air.
