
Clydesdale Bank is increasing rates on its residential and buy-to-let (BTL) mortgage products on 14 September (today) at 8pm.
Rates across the lender’s residential range will increase up to 0.40% while its BTL products will see rises of up to 0.50%.
Clydesdale’s 75% loan to value (LTV) two-year fixed rate residential product with a fee of £999 has gone up from 3.68% to 4.08%.
The 80% LTV five-year fixed rate residential product with no fee has risen from 3.99 to 4.29% while the 90% LTV five-year fix residential product with a £999 fee has increased to 4.18% from 3.88%.
Among other increases within its BTL range, the 75% LTV five-year fixed product with a fee of £1999 has risen to 4.05% from 3.65%.
Clydesdale’s says its new rates will show on all sourcing and online application systems from 15 September and its mortgage illustrator will be updated on the same day in the afternoon.
