West One Loans has appointed Duncan Abraham as its regional director as part of the lender’s operational expansion in the UK.

Abraham, who brings 26 years of industry experience, joins from Together where he held several operational and underwriting focused roles. Most recently, he served as underwriting operations director.

In his new role, Abraham will work closely with Enra Specialist Finance, West One’s parent company, chief executive officer Danny Waters.

Abraham will be responsible for the company’s operations in strategic UK regions while managing and developing key relationships.

Commenting on his appointment, Abraham says: “There is a strong growth strategy embedded within West One and I am looking forward to working with Danny and others in this business to expand our reach and continue offering flexible, tailored lending solutions to mortgage and property professionals across our industry.”
