Carlin Park

The Jupiter Sound

You can kayak or paddleboard the Jupiter sound using either your own equipment or by renting a kayak or paddleboard from the Jupiter Outdoor Center. Because of the weather, now is the perfect time to explore the Jupiter Sound. When the ocean temperatures cool, manatees migrate to the warmer waters of the sound so you have a good chance of seeing a whole bunch of manatees snuggling together for warmth.

Blowing Rocks

Minutes from Jupiter, you can go cave-diving at the Nature Conservancy’s Blowing Rocks Preserve which is the largest outcropping of Anastasia limestone that lines Jupiter Island. In low tide, you can explore the open-air caves created by colliding waves breaking down the limestone.
