Roma launches new bridging loans - Mortgage Strategy

Roma finance has issued a new bridging loan alongside a new auction product.

The bridging loan is available at up to 70 per cent LTV with a rate that starts at 0.95 per cent and features no exit fee.

The lender has also launched an automated valuation model auction product at up to 65 per cent LTV, which requires no physical valuation.

This loan allows borrowers to receive an AVM valuation ahead of an auction, providing a bidding ceiling price for peace of mind, Roma says.

Managing director Scott Marshall says: “With strong and sustainable funding lines in place to help us keep pace with the growing demand for our products, now is the right time to launch these new products and improve LTVs for our priority business lines.”

In late June, Roma issued a new holiday let and serviced accommodation tracker product, citing a projected increase in domestic holidays.
