Hinckley & Rugby for Intermediaries has added three team members to its broker assist team.

Kim Dyson has been promoted to senior broker assist having worked for the society in a range of mortgage support roles.

Dyson has over six years of experience with the society, having started as a mortgage services assistant in 2019 before moving into the completions team in 2024.

Her roles have covered areas such as customer service and process management.

Dyson is joined on the broker assist team by broker assist officers, Nicolle Cross and Dawid Jankowski.

The broker assist team works closely with brokers throughout the mortgage application process and are able to clarify criteria, timelines and key dates.

Missing documents or credit concerns are monitored alongside arranging open banking links and application fee payments.

They also gather broker feedback to help refine and improve the service.

Hinckley & Rugby Building Society head of mortgage sales and distribution Laura Sneddon says: “The Broker Assist Team plays a crucial role in making sure applications progress smoothly and brokers feel supported at every stage.”

“Kim, Nicolle and Dawid each bring a mix of experience and enthusiasm that will strengthen our service further.”

These appointments follow Hinckley & Rugby for Intermediaries’ recent announcement of four internal promotions within its sales and distribution team.

These include Lizzie Atkins as sales team manager, Sophie Hancock and Lauren Bayliss with new business development roles, and Robin Thira as a telephone business development manager.
