Countrywide Surveying Services has hired Rebecca Lohoar as associate director of client relationships.  

The property valuations firm says she will be responsible for developing a variety of relationships across mortgage lenders and other property-related businesses.    

Lohoar joins from Hometrack, where she had been a senior account manager for the last three years.  

Prior to that, she worked at Virgin Money for 17 years across a variety of roles, leaving as supplier relationship manager in 2020.  

Countrywide Surveying Services managing director Matthew Cumber says: “She [Rebecca] will bring drive, passion and expertise to our ever-growing client base and she possesses all the necessary skills to add real value to the business as we continue on our upward growth trajectory.”
