Head To The 2020 Paddle Fest This Saturday

Get ready for the 5th Annual Palm Beach PaddleFest is back this weekend. The family-friendly event is taking place at Harbourside Place in Jupiter. The Paddlefest event features two timed races with cash prizes and trophies for the winners. The event will also feature a kid’s SUP race, free kayak eco-tours, Yoga, an exhibitor expo, face painting, live music, and much more. The Paddlefest caters to both new and experienced paddle boarders. There are going to be two types of races, a 2-mile race and a longer 6-mile race. Each race will be made up of 6 categories for both men and women. The categories include SUP12’6, SUP 14, Prone (All), OC-1, OC-2, Surfski Single, Kayak and Other. There will also be a Kid’s Fun SUP Race and medals will be given to all participants. The 2-mile race includes two laps and the 6- mile race includes three laps. The racetrack starts and finishes at Harbourside Place and goes around the Burt Reynolds Park and past Guanabanas back around to the intracoastal and down towards the dive bar if you are participating in the 6-mile race. For a race map, click here. The Pre-Registration fee is $50 dollars for the 6-mile race and $40 dollars for the 2-mile race. Race Registration will begin on Race Day at 9 am and the 6- mile race will begin right at 10 am, 2-mile race will begin at 11:30 am. Following the race there will be an award ceremony starting around 12:30 pm and Harbourside Place will be filled with vendors, free guided kayak tours, live music, food, face painting, kid’s activities and much more.
