Movin Legal has appointed financial services expert Bob Scott as sales director.

The appointment is part of a senior management team restructuring that sees former sales director Lyndon Whistance promoted to chief operating officer. Scott will report directly to Lyndon Whistance. 

Scott has been working in financial services since 1995 and is well known in the mortgage intermediary market having worked across packaging, brokering, lending, property investment as well as accountancy.

He has previously held senior positions with networks HL Partnership, The Right Mortgage Network, The Right DA Club, PRIMIS and First Complete.

Commenting on his appointment, Scott said: “I’m delighted to be joining Movin Legal. Having worked across the spectrum of financial services for nearly 30 years I can’t wait to get back to the coal face. “I’m looking forward to the challenges ahead as well as growing our own conveyancing team further.

“We’ll continue to work hand in glove with our intermediary partners as well as drive innovation and raise standards in the conveyancing marketplace for the benefit of all.”
