Twenty7Tec has integrated TSB to its APPLY module.

The move means users of the technology provider’s CloudTwenty7 platform will shortly be able to submit a decision in principle applications to the lender without the need for re-keying.

CloudTwenty7 users will be able to complete a full TSB application on the platform, re-using customer data already captured, before passing the data to the TSB portal and submitting it to the lender.

Bournemouth-based Twenty7Tec has integrated with IRESS Lender Connect software, which TSB are using to support the transfer of data into their intermediary portal.

The integration with TSB is now being used in a pilot with Mortgage Advice Bureau and Connells, with a wider roll-out planned to all CloudTwenty7 users in the second quarter of this year.

Twenty7Tec chief executive James Tucker says: “With this integration, we and they [TSB] have delivered a solution that offers significant and tangible benefits to advisers, reducing the time spent keying in data and supporting a more efficient application submission process”.

TSB mortgage distribution director Roland McCormack adds the move will “reduce the keying time for brokers, especially important in today’s busy market”.

Last month, Twenty7Tec completed a similar integration with Halifax.

Nationwide, Barclays and Virgin are among other top 10 lenders the tech platform has added to its APPLY module. Twenty7Tec says more lenders will follow this year.
