Mortgage Strategy is launching something the specialist lending market hasn’t seen before.
The Mortgage Strategy Specialist Lending Awards will take place on Tuesday 15 September 2026 at The Belfry Hotel & Resort. This iconic venue will host a fully integrated day and evening experience bringing together the most influential leaders across specialist and commercial lending.
This is not simply an awards ceremony. It is a premium industry gathering designed around competition (a golf event: The MS Specialist Lending Cup), collaboration and celebration — all in one place, on one defining day.

Nominations for the Mortgage Strategy Specialist Lending Awards are now open, welcoming both self-nominations and peer nominations from across the market.
Winners will be announced at The Belfry on Tuesday 15 September 2026.
